We are considering franchising our stores to the Middle East, Europe, and other countries. To connect with potential franchise owners, we are participating in this exhibition.

Our cotton seed oil is the highest-rated tempura oil, used mainly at top-notch Japanese restaurants. It is noted for its rich aroma and smooth flavor as well as for its high stability and quick response to the repetitive temperature changes when being heated. This oil maximizes the original taste of the ingredients, and achieves great balance between flavor and taste by removing the harshness from each ingredient while retaining a crisp, light texture when being used for cooking tempura.
Our tempura is made with Kyoto brand vegetables and fresh seafood.
We also offer original tempura such as Kyoto wagyu beef tempura, scallop tempura with caviar, and luxurious use of truffles and sea urchin.ENDO has embraced new styles and is always striving for new levels of culinary excellence.

As the Endo Group, we are aiming to open stores in the Middle East and Europe and would like to establish a deep connection with those who are interested in becoming our owners.
We can also arrange for maiko, the traditional performing arts of Kyoto, to visit you in Japan or take you overseas.
