KAMÉEMON
Company Name:KAMÉEMON
Company Overview:
KAMÉEMON has inherited the spirit of Japanese manufacturing and the pursuit of beauty.
KAMÉEMON has its roots in Hasegawa Kameemon, which has donated works to major shrines and temples throughout Japan, and its technique is said to be “THE BEST” in Japan.
Unfortunately, in 2001, the name Hasegawa Kameemon ceased to exist after the 29th generation.
But FUMI, a great-grandchild of the 27th generation Yasushige who was already active as a jewelry designer, succeeded the intention of the previous generation and revived the name in 2018. In 2024, we began a new initiative to research, preserve, and utilize the history of our ancestors.
Purpose of the exhibition:
We have decided to participate in this exhibition as we aspire to take a step forward into new challenges while leveraging our unique characteristics as a brand with a long and distinguished history. This exhibition is not merely an opportunity to showcase our products; we also hope to discover new insights and foster remarkable connections.
Our aim is to share the value created by blending our cherished traditions with contemporary sensibilities with people around the world. We hope that this experience of participating in the exhibition will add further value to our brand and serve as a stepping stone toward the future.
If the traditions we have inherited resonate as intriguing and captivating to the people of Dubai and neighboring countries, there could be no greater joy for us.

KOMAINU (Guardian dogs)are known as mythical creatures.According to one theory, the koma-inu were introduced to Japan via the Silk Road.
As a new initiative, we will create new value while reducing the risk of preserving unique, original objects of historical value such as these komainu. Because of the wax casting process, only one piece can be made from a single prototype. This rare process is characterized by intricate patterns and designs, which are created by the skill of the craftsman.
