2024 Edition

2024 Edition Recap

The Japan Middle East Trade Exhibition is one of the largest Japan-focused trade events outside Japan, designed to boost trade between Japan and the UAE/MENA regions. It offers access to a wide audience of importers and distributors from the UAE, GCC, and the broader Middle East, all eager to explore Japanese products and technologies.

Held from January 22-24, 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the event provided exhibitors with the opportunity to tap into new markets and expand their reach. Participants were able to connect with local businesses and customers in Dubai, gaining valuable exposure for their Japanese goods.

This exhibition served as a prime platform for networking with industry leaders, potential buyers, and distributors. Exhibitors engaged directly with key decision-makers, opening doors to partnerships, collaborations, and distribution channels.

    Norihisa Hirao

    Planet Way Corporation CEO

As a new visitor to the Dubai & GCC market, I was initially concerned about how my complex data security product would be received. To my delight, investors quickly grasped its value and expressed immediate interest in partnering. It was a truly remarkable experience

      Tomoyasu Kano

      Kanotomo CEO

Exhibiting at an overseas trade show was a new venture for me. Despite traveling extensively for my work, I was astounded by the diversity of visitors and their enthusiasm for our company. Over 20 companies expressed interest, and upon returning to Japan, I was overwhelmed by the continuous influx of inquiries about potential partnerships

        Kogei Art KYOTO

Exhibiting overseas for the first time was an invaluable experience. We gained insights that we couldn’t have anticipated beforehand and connected with a diverse range of people. It was a truly meaningful business trip, and we’re excited to explore more international art fairs and exhibitions in the future if the opportunity presents itself
